Cross-Border Data Transfer
When you submit an inquiry through the contact form on our website, the personal information you provide will be sent to the mailbox of the IMPREG manager responsible for the relevant matter within the IMPREG group corporate email system. Although this manager is located in China, the group's corporate email system operates on Microsoft servers located in Germany (EU). Therefore, your personal information will be stored outside the People's Republic of China. This operation is solely for the purpose of receiving, processing, and responding to your inquiry. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with any third party outside the IMPREG group.

Before you submit the contact form, we will set up a separate consent checkbox to request your separate and explicit consent to the aforementioned cross-border data transfer. Until you check this consent checkbox, the contact form you submit will not be successfully sent.
